My form uses the core field "comment" but messages entered there are lost. The csv download doesn't have a "comment" column and the Payments Management screen doesn't show that field either.
I don't see anyone else in the forum with the same problem. What am I missing?
I don't have a clue about this as well. Could I please have admin account of your site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you ?
