Questions about Payment Form extension

No payment notification email is received

I have the payment plugin for nearly a year, and during this time I have never received payment notification email for any transaction, depite checking and rechecking my settings. Desptie this, payment processing is working correctly, but I have to keep logging into Moneybookers to see if anyone has paid me.

Despite numerous email sent to Tuan, to have it corrected, it has yet to be sorted.

My website is now getting busier and I really need a solution to this matter.

Could you please make sure you email to services@joomdonation.com ? Also, do you have a Skype account ? If you have one, please add me (tuanpnves) to your contact list.

Hi,

I'm getting PayPal notification emails but not JoomDonation notifications. The email addresses are definitely correct, and separated with a comma. Is there anything else I can try? Cheers,

Hi Tuan,

We can see a list of donors in the back-end but no notification emails, apart from the one sent by PayPal. The joomdonation module doesn't send any emails. Thanks,

They receive a paypal notification that their donation has gone through, but nothing from the joomdonation module.

It seems there is something wrong with mail settings on your site. Please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that we can check and correct it for you !
