Credit Card Fee

Hi

I am using this form to offer an online invoice payment facility (Eway payment gateway). In the form they enter the invoice amount and their details, but I want to charge them extra for using credit cards as follows:

2% for Visa
2% for Mastercard
4% for Amex

At the moment I have the client enter the invoice amount into the "Amount" Field and set up a radio list field Pf_Card_Type for the credit card option as follows:



The fee formula I have entered is as follows: [AMOUNT]*(1+[PF_CARD_TYPE]/100), but this doesn't seem to work.

Any help would be appreciated.
