Issue processing eCheck - Getting payment failure

Getting the following payment failure message when submitting payment via eCheck module for Authorize.net.

"Your payment was failure - Reason: A valid amount is required.

Click Here to try to process payment again"

Is this message from PMF or Authorize.net?

The issue occurs regardless of the amounts being entered. It is noted that total amount does not contain decimal value dollar values (i.e. $25 instead of $25.00). I'm not sure if this matters as far as what the required format is for the submittal.

Please help me to resolve quicky.

Hi

This error is from Echeck. However, it seems PMF doesn't pass the payment amount to eCheck properly for some reasons. So in this case, please submit a support ticket sending us administrator and FTP account of your site so that we can check and solve it for you.
