Not receiving notifications

So I purchased this payment form yesterday and setup a couple of forms, but when testing them using a 100% discount coupon I as the buyer and administrator am not receiving any notification of the order. I have put the email in correctly in the config page so it should work right. Does it not send a notification if there is a 100% discount?

The email should be sent. Maybe something wrong here. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us administrator and FTP account of your site so that we can check and solve it for you ?

I am using the form since 1 year now without any issue, but since two days i am also getting this error, not receiving confirmation emails. please check support ticket

Update : The client said that the issue self-solved. So I believe it is just the problem with his server.
