Content in Text Area Gets Deleted

Hi,
I'm still having an issue with text areas in the Payment Form. Every so often a customer will enter information into a text area and will then submit the form. For some reason part of their information gets deleted.

-It doesn't happen every time (maybe 1 time in every 15 or so)
-Some of the text remains but the rest is deleted

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you resolve it?

Please help - I'm dealing with angry customers whose orders are being erased!

FYI - Content is deleted every time a user enters a quotation mark (") in a text areas. Everything they enter before the first quotation mark will remain but everything else is deleted.

Any help on this one? My customers write messages in the text areas and often use quotations - This means I am losing their content regularly.

Can you please give me an update regarding the text being deleted once a quotation mark is used?

We had a lot of deleted orders this week so I am going to look for a new payment method if you don't think there is a fix.

Again, I'd love to stick with yours since it works perfectly for us (aside from this bug). We just can't keep bugging customers to repeat their orders to us when their messages get deleted in Payment Forms

I am sorry for lately response. The issue should be solved now. You are correct, the problem is with the double quote characters in the string and it is fixed now.

I am having new year holiday here and that's the reason I am slow than usual. Please go to your site to check it and confirm that it is working as expected.
