Hi,

is there a way to use those elements in a customer email template?

Booking date: {Bookingdate}
Start time: {Starttime}
End time: {Endtime}

Hi,
Those tags are only available (and used) in employee's notification emails when one order item is removed. You can't use that tag in different email templates.

Hi,

is there another way to customize the appearance of {services}. Currently it differs strongly from our design.

Hi Peter,
There is only way to modify layout of Services list, we should modify function "orderDetails" in file: [root] -> components -> com_osservicesbooking -> classes -> default.php directly.

Hi,

this is a nightmare. everything is hardcoded. this should be changed in one of the next updates and is no longer up to date and very user unfriendly. {Bookingdate}, {Starttime}, {Endtime} ... would be much more easier for styling.

Hi Peter,
One reservation can contain more than one order item, therefore, we can't use those tags to replace data of all order items of specific reservation
Thanks
