Offline EFT confirmation email

Thank you for adding the Offline EFT confirmation email. This helps a lot and makes a huge difference.

However, when the Offline EFT is updated from Pending to Completed, the clients now receive two emails..

They receive confirmation_email_offline_received and order_status_changed_to_customer to the customer. This limits the wording that can be used and is worrying to the customer that they receive two emails.

Hi Wynand,
Actually, it's logic of OS Services Booking, when the order status is changed, component should send the notification to customers to alert them that their order has been changed status. And the Offline payment received email will alert customers that the site owner already received money of the booking.
