Latest update not updating was created by Wynand Louw
Hi

I could not use the system to update to the latest version 2.11.0. I manually updated the version, but the dashboard still indicates that I need to update to 2.11.0 although the systems shows that 2.11.0 is installed. Service booking also do not want to update when you click update now button, it just takes you to the website to buy a new version. My subscription is still active and I have entered the download ID for the website, but it does not work.

Please advise

I confirm the issue, please re-upgrade OS Services Booking to get the issue resolved

Thanks have now updated.

Do not send notification emails to the client when a booking is made. Currently on the offline eft, since it is the first client to book after the upgrade.

The client called that she did not receive confirmation. Tried to select client on back end and select Send notify email.

Then get the following error:

An error has occurred.

0 Class 'OSBHelperIcs' not found

Hi

I just switch off the Generate ICS file.
Left - Send ICS file to administrator and employees to Yes.

The email has now sent, but Gmail and MailChannels are blocking the mails, which did not happen before, with a "Multiple 'From' headers found."

Why was this never an issue before?

Hi,
You mean that if you enable the ICS sending, the email server like Gmail will block the email?

HI

If ICS is enabled, then we get the error (0 Class 'OSBHelperIcs' not found), and the email do not send.

When I switch off the ICS sending and send the email, Gmail and mailchannels then block the email with the following information:

[Our system has detected that this message is 550-5.7.1 not RFC 5322 compliant: 550-5.7.1 Multiple 'From' headers found. 550-5.7.1 To reduce the amount of spam sent to Gmail, this message has been 550-5.7.1 blocked. Please visit 550-5.7.1 support.google.com/mail/?p=RfcMessageNonCompliant 550 5.7.1 and review RFC 5322 specifications for more information]

Please submit ticket on category: OS Services Booking and provide your site url with super admin account. I will check and help you to figure the cause of problem

It is only since the last update. Before the last update, there was no issue.

Something must have changed in the new version. I can send that info in a ticket, but do not really see how that will resolve the current issue that started after the update.
