Hello Dam,
At the moment i only use only Offline Payment but the email to the client is not the right one.
The email that the client receives is the confirmation_email but must be the confirmation_email_offline.
Can you help me please?

I confirm the issue, this bug will be fixed in OS Services Booking 2.5.7 (released in this week)
