'Disable dates after' not working

'Disable Dates After' is not working for me.
In the menu item, I have selected the Venue (I have only one venue).
I am using start date and end date in the menu item, as I am using OS Services Booking for a summer program.
In the Venue, I have specified "Disable Dates After - 14 days from now.
I am using custom time slots.
Any suggestions?

Hi Karen,
You need to check 2 below points:
1. When you assign employee to service, have you selected the Venue in dropdown select list?
2. When you setup menu to layout: OS Services Booking - Default layout, have you selected Venue in parameter?

I tried this too, but it doesn't work correct. Parameter set to 30 days after and in calender the next 6 days are not available...
Do you have a solution?

Hi Benjamin,
With Venue feature, you can setup "Disable dates before" by hours, dates ..etc. By this way, you can prevent customers from booking on your timeslots before X (days, hours) from now.
To add Venue into your Booking system, you need add new Venue, in Venue modification form, you should select Services which are placed in this Venue.
Next step, when you assign Employee to Service, if the Service is placed in more than one Venue, you should select Venue that the Employee will work on.
Lastly, when you setup menu to layout: OS Services Booking - Default layout, you need to select Venue from parameter: Venue in Menu parameters form.
You should implement all steps to make the feature of Venue to be applied to your Booking system.
