Check in page too long on mobile was created by Roger D
On narrow desktops and mobile devices the check in page fields wrap under each other taking up much more space than needed.
Would be much less scrolling if they fields were side by side.

Hi Roger,
OS Services Booking uses Bootstrap library, in smaller screens, Bootstrap will extend width size of class element "Span", we can't manage these cases. Hope you understand.
