OSP Template and extension

Hello, I came across this template when i was searching on internet for designing web page for my Real Estate Company, I want to purchase it but i have question about it
- If i bought this (or another real estate template from joomdonation), am i need to buy OS Property extension? Or it is enough to design whole web page
- does it support falang extension?
- May i use this template (and with the real estate extension) for land? or just house!

Thank you for interested in our products. Regarding to your question, i would like to answer as below:
- If you purchase any OSP Templates (OSP Real Estate, OSP Real Homes, OSP Home Search ..etc), you won't need to purchase OS Property anymore, because OS Property extension is included in OSP Template package
- OS Property is multiple languages extension, so you don't need Falang to make multiple languages site.
- You can use OS Property (OSP Templates) in different purposes.
