When you create an auto renewal group plan with a custom field for the number of members is it possible for the group admin to add/remove members?

Two examples:
Example A)
Group admin buys a plan for 10 members. At some point before renewal they want to "upgrade" to 15 members. Is this possible? Will prorated pricing be an option?

Example B )
Group admin buys a plan for 10 members. At some point before renewal they want to "downgrade" to 5 members. Obviously it wont be possible to refund them if they have already paid but can their renewal be for just 5 members?

Thank you

Hi Nathan

No, it is not possible. In this case, I guess you will have to cancel the subscription and they can subscribe again

Thanks Tuan.

What if I set up two identical plans both with with a custom field for the number of members and set them both to be upgrade options for each other? I could test it but does membership pro allow for such a thing?

Hi Nathan

There are nothing prevents you from setup two identical plans like that (just please make sure each plan has it's unique Alias)

Please try to setup and let me know if it works

Regards,

Tuan
