I need some help with a mystery. I added 2 headers and 5 fields. See below
Donation Type:
This donation is: General Donation In memory of In honor of In recovery of - Radio list
Name of individual or family - Text box
Send acknowledgment to (optional):
Name - Text box
Address - Text box
City, State, Zip - Text box
Donation type and its two fields don't come through on the notification email but the Send acknowledgment and its 3 fields do.
I think the problem is when using fields with Selected Campaign vs All Campaigns. I have multiple campaigns so it is not an option to use All Campaigns just so I can get the fields included on the notification emails.
It is possible to resolve that?

Very much interested in support response to this email...will custom field show up in the Paypal payment notification email instead of description just showing up as "Online Donation"
