Donation form not showing recurring option was created by Alison
HI Dam
I have a form and it is not showing the option to set up a recurring donation.
I have it set up in both the configuration
and in the campaign
But it is not showing on the frontend.
Any ideas on what I am missing please?

Now it is enabled the formatting of the buttons is not great, I cannot read the unselected button (see screenshot - cannot read the 'Recurring' button).
Can you help solve this please?
