Translate Problem

I have a little (and strange...) problem in my joomdonation fields.

I created some custom fields in joomdonaton and these are added in the .ini file in each lenguage (french and english). But it don't translate when i change the idiom in the website.

Any ideas? Thanks anyway (and sorry for bad english )

As you can see, there are a few fields that don't change the language. Those fields are custom fields and i have the translation wrote in the .ini files

Please go to Joom Donation -> Custom Fields, edit the custom fields and change the title directly from there. After that, it will work as expected

Ah OK. So your site is multilingual, so you will need to use a different approach. Still go to Joom Donation -> Custom Fields, edit the custom field and change the title from there. However, instead of enter a fixed text like First Name, please use JD_FIRST_NAME, JD_LAST_NAME, JD_ORGANIZATION....

After that, make sure these language items are translated in both languages and it will work well

I did as you said but it didn´t work. Anyway, your solution should work but i have no idea why it is not working

That's strange, maybe the language file is broken for some reasons. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it sorted for you?
