Issue with Recurring Payments PayPal

I have a website using running Joomla 2.5.14 & JoomDonation 2.9.1. When processing a recurring donation and proceeding to pay via PayPal, some site users are not being directed to the correct URL link.

example of bad link:
www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_fl...0e40b7fef61ab7e9fe63

Note this only occurs on a few machines and only with some browsers. I have tested successfully processing a recurring donation on other machines without error.

Could you please advise of how to correct the issue? It seems to me that there are some browser settings that need to be adjusted. Thanks for your help in this matter.

I am afraid of this is something related to Paypal and could not be adjusted by editing code in Joom Donation. So in this case, I think you will have to ask Paypal for the reason of these errors and then find a way to get it sorted.

Joom Donation only redirect users to Paypal. Further process is handled by Paypal, not by Joom Donation and Joom Donation could not change it.
