Can't install JS_Donate_Me

Whenever I try to install this plugin from the administration backend, I get this error:

Warning

JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file

I cannot see any other instructions on how to do this?

I the latest version of Joom Donation installed, and I have Joomla 3.2
