Custom Veriables

Hi,

I made two custom variable that I need to be up in the Donor Information area. They currently are in the Donation Information area... These two also need to have a " *Required by law " next to each of them or as a tool tip or something...

I also need to know how to make it so that the Donor Information area and Donation Information areas are side by side...
