[SOLVED] Thermometer not updating

Donations are being received and marked paid in the donors section of the component, but the thermometer isn't updating at all on the site.

As the forum seems to clarify that there is no way to manually update the thermometer, I need to figure out why it is not automatically updating.

As this project is time sensitive, I would greatly appreciate a quick reply.

Maybe the reason is because you don't activate campaigns feature on your site ? Could you please go to Joom Donation->Configuration, find the config option Activate Campaign feature, set it to Yes and then try again ?

I went ahead and added a large test donation to the campaign to see if it would move the thermometer. It did. Everything is working properly. The issue below was simply that the amount received so far is not enough to show progress on the thermometer.

That worked. Thanks for the timely and helpful response. I realized that I had to afterward associate each existing donations with the specific campaign in order for them to show up on the thermometer (even though it is the only campaign).

ONE PROBLEM REMAINS
Now the monetary amount is reflected in the thermometer module - but the thermometer itself has not risen to show progress. Can you tell me why the thermometer isn't growing to reflect progress?

Sorry for the confusion. There is no problem with the thermometer. There simply weren't enough donations at that time to register on it. Everything is working find - therefore I marked this thread SOLVED. Thanks for your great support!
