offline payment parameters are blank

A bit of a problem. I am using Joomla 2.5, Firefox latest version, and the latest version of Event Booking. When I go to the payment plugins page and open 'offline payment' there are no plugin parameters.

I have test 'offline payment' as an option in the payment process, and lots of text about paying Tuan Pham Ngoc etc. is on the screen.

Obviously, I need to be able to change this text, but cannot without the plugin parameters, is that where the text is set, or can I access it elsewhere?

The text is just a demo text for offline payment instruction. To change it, please go to Joom Donation->Configuration, look at Messages tab, find the text and change it.
