More in return paypal not Show Link to Download and Not Insert New Order....

This problem usually causes by Paypal IPN is disabled in your Paypal account and we can solve it easily by enabling it. First of all, could you please login to your Paypal account, access to History>IPN History to see whether there are any IPN messages? If Yes, what are the status of these messages ?
