Admin email and Donor email not working

I have looked all over for a solution so I would not have to bother you.

The admin and donor emails are not working..... I have tried leaving the email box blank and have filled in emails. still does not work. no donor email is sent.

What am I doing wrong. I keep making donations to my own charity to test and nothing is being sent. I guess the good news is.... I am getting lots of donations. hahaha

I have used different browsers... still does not work. HELP please.

I just tried an offline donation and that did generate the emails. Nothing is generated from PayPal.

The issue I believe is something related to your Paypal account. Please answer the following questions so that I can help you to solve it :

1. Do you see the donation records from back-end of your site ?

2. Could you please login to your Paypal account, access to History -> IPN History to see whether there are any IPN messages? If yes, what's the status of these messages?

The donations show up in the back end but the 'paid' column shows RED.



IPN shows messages but status is 'Disabled'

That means Paypal IPN is disabled in your account for some reasons. It seems your site has a security plugin which blocks Paypal IPN message and that's the reason Paypal disabled IPN.
