Title Location

How do I move the form titles so they are above the inputs? For example, I want the title Name to appear directly above the text box in which people type their name. I'm comfortable playing with the code. This will be done using the jdform to display in an article.

Sorry for lately response. I was on new year holiday and only come back to office on Monday (so many support requests in queue).

In case you haven't found out, you can look at the file , try to edit it to make it works as expected.
