Clicking Donate button returns to homepage

Hi there,

I haven't had any donations for a while but today I received an email that someone tried to donate. But it appears that after selecting the amount and pressing the Donate button, you are being redirected to the homepage.

You can check graphiqs.nl/downloads .

I just installed the most recent version of Joomdonation to make sure that is not the problem.

Please submit a support ticket sending me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check the issue directly on your site.

Just go to Joom Donation -> Configuration, find the config option Fix Donate Button not working, set it to Yes and It will work as expected (I did it and it works well now, just in case you get the issues in the future).

One more thing. When you enter an amount and click the donate button, on the next page where you fill in your personal information, the amount is empty again.

Can you check that as well?

It worked for a while but now I have the same problem again. And when I select yes at Fix Donate Button, I get a 404 error page.

Also, I got one donation last week but I do not see it in the Donors tab.

Can you please check?

Regarding the 404 error, it might be a problem with your site. Please submit a support ticket sending me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check and solve it for you.

Regarding the issue with no donors appear, maybe it causes by Paypal IPN is disabled on your Paypal account. Could you please login to your Paypal account, access to History -> IPN History to see whether there are any IPN messages? If Yes, what are the status of these messages?

I just reopened the same ticket and entered the details requested.

I have also checked my Paypal account. But I do not have IPN history, only history. Probably because it is not a business Paypal account? But in the history file I can see the donation made on 21 jan 2013.

The version installed on the site is an old version. I just installed latest version to the site and it works well now.
