Donation Receipt

Hello,

The donation receipt function doesn't seem to work.
When I click on the link in the frontend to download the receipt, it it loads eternally and then a blank page appears, whatever i enter in the donation receipt layout.

On J2.5.8 / JDonation 3.2

There are some reasons cause this issue. Two of them are :

1. You don't have curl lib enabled on your server (if the donation receipt layout have image).

2. The cache folder under components/com_jdonation/tcpdf table is not writable.

Curl support is enabled.

However, the issue
cache folder under components/com_jdonation/tcpdf table

might be it.

under the /com_jdonation/tcpdf folder I don't see any folder named 'table' or that looks like a cache folder.
The only folders that appear under tcpdf are:

• config
• fonts
• images

(there are a number of files in that tcpdf folder as well).

The folders are chmod 755 while the files in tcpdf itself are all 644.

Let me know if I should create a folder there or if I just need to chmod one or more of those files.

Please create a new folder called cache under components/com_jdonation/tcpdf folder. Then change permission of the cache folder to 777.

Hmm ... still not working.

Also, I did have a graphic on the form and I removed that and still not working.

Also, no errors appear on the console on the page either. Just blank page

Any other ideas?
