Paypal Error

All users are getting an error when they try to go to Paypal now

"We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com ."

We had successful tests prior but now no one can send any donation through our site. Please help.

EDIT:
Seems this is caused by the "Donate for Member setting" being set to Member/CB Profile. It did not fallback to the admin account like it's supposed to. Putting it back to Site Administrator lets it go to Paypal now. Is there a fix for this? The CB Field does exist.

Maybe there is a problem with your Paypal account. Could you please go to Joom Donation -> Payment Plugins, click on os_paypal payment plugin and make sure you entered correct Paypal account into that plugin ?

The CB Field it is looking for does exist, but it is empty on many member's profiles.
