Just submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site. After that, send payment to our Paypal account paypal@ext4joomla.com .

I need this option as well. (the ability to choose recurring only for a campaign) Are you planning to add this to the newest versions? If not what would it cost me to get this added to my latest 1.5 version?
