Process Payment Button Not Working was created by toddcartner
Hello
I have been using Joom Donation for over a year now. It worked perfectly for a long time and has just now started with issues.
When you input your information, it takes you to the Payment Confirmation page. When you click on Process Payment, nothing happens.

Please helps ASAP.

There are no reasons it works for over one year and It doesn't work now unless you made some change to your site. Did you made any changes to your site recently ?

Yes, you can submit a support ticket. However, we only provide free support for each purchase in 6 months, your order was from more than one year ago, so if the problem causes by your changes (I will check and tell you the reason), you will need to pay for our support time by purchasing a new license . Is it fair enough ?

Hi All
I checked the site and found that the file os_paypal.php was broken (maybe the client re-uploaded it via FTP and It causes the issue) . Upgraded the site to latest version of Joom Donation and the issue was solved .

Tuan was GREAT in helping me to fix this issue.
Obviously, there was a break in a file, but in seeing MANY post on here regarding the same issue, I did not see a fix. After creating a support ticket, Tuan was able to find the solution quickly.
Even though I did upgrade to the newest software, the way Tuan corrected the issue did not cause me to recreate my forms.
