Donation not working

I have set up joom donation on my site, but receive the following message

Your donation was failure
Reason (TESTMODE) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.

Click Here to try to make donation again


Is the API and Transaction Key incorrect? Is it because i'm in test mode on authorize.net
