Donate button that links to form?

Is there a simple donate button to show at the top of the page that will link to the donation form? Using a module mod_jdonation which also shows either an amount textbox or a dropdown to choose from predefined amounts. I only want it to show "Donate" or "Donate Now" and link to the donation form.

I'm interested in this too

So far I've just created specific HTML modules thru joomla
and used href links to the specific donation page

i'm sure there is a better way to do it

@ALL : The link to donation form has this format :

index.php?option=com_jdonation&view=donation

So you just need to make a link (an a tag) to the above link to link to donation form.
