Installation Error: could not find XML setup file

Hello, I have a really simple question. I just purchased Joom Donation for a website I'm building but I had an installation error. As per the subject heading my error message reads as follows: "JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file". I'm using Joomla! 2.5.2. Any ideas on what might have gone wrong?

Also, I notice that there's no 'Joomla 2.5' folder. Will the items in the 'Joomla 1.6/1.7 package' work with Joomla 2.5?
