Plugin not displaying Donation Type

Plugin not displaying Donation Type was created by Jeff
Hi,

I've inserted my donation form into an article but the "Donation Type" doesn't show. It's set to show in the configutation and shows if I link to the donation form directly.

Any Ideas on haw to correct?

That's strange. None had this issue before. Could you please submit a support ticket giving me administrator and FTP account of your site so that I can check and fix it ?
