I was able to post a donation via PayPal sandbox and was returned to my website with a note saying the payment was successful.
However, none of the donor information appears in the Joom Donation Donor Management tab.
I'm assuming payment status is irrelevant. Once the form is submitted, shouldn't the donor information be posted to the Joomla database?
Why am I not seeing any donor information?
I also tested this with with the Live PayPal site (but didn't complete the transaction), and still no donor information was entered in the database.
Is there a configuration setting I'm missing? Why is no donor info being captured at all?
Also, no emails were sent to the designated Admin email address. Why are no emails being sent? And yes, email does work on this site as it's used successfully with many other components. Please advise.
