Events not displayed was created by Chris
Hi
I have a 2-language site. However, the events are not translated. They are simply displayed in the language of the venue, German or French.
Unfortunately, no events are displayed on the French page.
Thank you
Best regards
Christoph

Hi Christoph
You need to translate categories, events, custom fields... to have it works for additional languages. See docs.joomdonation.com/eventsbooking/adva...eatures/multilingual for instructions

Hi Tuan
Thank you for your reply. Yes, I have understood the concept of eventbooking translation. However, as we do not have the resources to translate all events, the texts are only translated once in the respective original language. This was not a problem in previous projects. The events were displayed in all languages, even without translation. Unfortunately, this no longer works. What setting have I overlooked?
Kind regards
Christoph

You can edit the event, then look at Translation tab, there is a checkbox called Use Data From Main language.
Check on that checkboxes and save the event, then the data from main language will be copied to the other languages and it should work
I do not know why it works for your previous project without translation, maybe there was some customization there

Hi Tuan
Thank you.
As far as I know, there have been no customization to these pages. It just works. However, these are installations with Joomla 3.x.x Maybe this is a reason?
Kind regards
Christoph

No, that's not the reason. We use same code base for Joomla 3, Joomla 4 and Joomla 5.
