Terms and Conditions for one Category only was created by David Unwin
I know there is an option to show Terms and Conditions checkbox with a link to Terms and Conditions in the Configuration options.
However, we do not use it as we do not see the need for most of our events. However, for one category of our events which have some restrictions, we would like to have T&Cs.
I was thinking of using a Custom Field (Radio) for the category of event where we want this and the user clicks on the radio box during booking. What I can't see is how to link this Custom field to the Terms and Conditions text (Joomla Article). Any ideas?

Hi David

Maybe you can disable terms and conditions at global configuration and then enable it only for the event you want. That should work

Hi Tuan,
I did look at the option of Setting T&Cs at Event level, but I could not see how to do that on either Event Basic Information or Advanced settings.
Have I missed the setting somewhere?

It's on add/edit event screen, Basic information tab. It's on bottom right of the page, see the attached screenshot

I know now why I could not see it
in the Backend Submit Event For Settings, I had set Show Enable Terms and Conditions For This Event and Show Terms And Conditions to NO
I had done this as we do not have Terms and Conditions for general use, and it saved space on the form.
I have turned this on and I can now set The Terms and Conditions.
Thanks Tuan

Oh, Ok. Of course that was the reason you did not see these settings inside event

Tuan
