Missing Registrants was created by reeg99
I am having a problem with Events Booking where Payment via PayPal is being made and confirmed by PayPal but the booking is not being recorded in the registrants list, nor are any of the notification emails being sent. The problem started some time in September but is intermittent, successful bookings via PayPal are also happening.
I've checked the ipn_logs.txt file and only the successful transactions are recorded.
The IPN setting in PayPal is enabled with the URL set to www.mydomain.co.uk (https) (and has been like this for years)
Looking in the eb_registrants table in mysql and there is a record, the payment method is PayPal but the payment date is NULL with a transaction ID similar to an Offline payment rather than the long PayPal string.
So it seems something is breaking down between PayPal and my site (even though PayPal logs suggest not).
I'm at a loss as to what my next troubleshooting steps would be.
Any ideas?

I am afraid of we can do nothing in this case as it is all depends on PayPal. As you can see, sometime, PayPal doesn't notify Events Booking about the payment, so Events Booking could not know about the payment to update status of the registration, sending emails...
Honestly, it sometime happens with our order system (which uses PayPal, too) and in this case, we have to change status of the order manually
I guess it just sometime happens. So I suggest that:
1. You can go to Events Booking-> Configuration, find the config option Show Incomplete Payment records, set it to Yes
2. When you see a record marked as Pending, you can check to see whether you received Payment at PayPal for that record or not. If there is payment, then edit the record, change status from Pending to Paid manually
That's the only way for now
