Event With Price Levels and Limited Ticket Pool

Hey there,

I'm attempting to find a solution for the following and running into difficulties:

Event Name: Example Event
Event Price Levels: Adult: $10, Child $5
Amount of available tickets: 100

My goal is for users to be able to purchase multiple tickets and have the amount of available tickets affected accordingly
I have looked into the following solution

And while it works for the price, it registers as an individual registration and therefore only counts as a single ticket

What options exist for me or what can I do?

Hi Travis

Please change name of the two custom fields you created so that it starts with number_. For example, number_adults, number_children

Then install and publish this plugin. The plugin will adjust the number registrants of the record based on the value users entered on registration form for the two fields

Does this plugin set the number of registrants to its value or add to it (like fee field does to amount)?

It set number registrants to it's value, it is not add to (not like fee field does to amount)

Thanks Tuan. This is a great plugin as it allows us to let members book for themselves and their spouses using the individual registration form, taking both sets of data directly from the database. It works brilliantly.

Here is updated version of the plugin. I modified it abit (on Andrew's website already, so you don't need to update). Otherwise, if this plugin doesn't located at the end, the number registrants might be reset back to 1 by other plugins run after it

So if anyone uses it now, please use this updated version
