I really like the layout that is on your demo page:
joomdonationdemo.com/eventbooking/
How can I get it? I can't seem to find the ability to display using the themes that came with the package.

Hi
You are talking about upcoming events part ? If so, create a menu item to link to Upcoming events timeline layout of Events Booking and it will work well
Regards,
Tuan

That's sweet! Thank you!
But is there any way for it to be displayed within a module like that? I tried using "Events Booking Upcoming events" but am not successful in getting that layout. The idea is to have a module within a page to have the same display. Any ideas?

You can download latest version from My Downloads section now and start exploring and using this feature. Basically, you will :
1. Publish the module "Events Booking View" in the position of your site template which you want to display upcoming events.
2. There are several parameters which you need to setup in the module:
- View : Set it to Upcoming events.
- Query string: For upcoming events using timeline layout, you should set the Query String parameter to layout=timeline. I think you also should create a hidden menu item to link to Upcoming events view of Events Booking and add ID of that menu item to the Query string parameter of the module. So the query string will be something like
layout=timeline&Itemid=ID_OF_THE_HIDDEN_MENU_ITEM_WHICH_YOU_CREATED
After that, check it again, it should work as expected
Please look at the attached screenshot to see my sample settings

You can create a Category List menu item, and select the category you'd like to see displayed.
Alternately, you can create your own link manually using the url
where XXXX is the id number of your category.
