Problems with Conditional Custom Fields was created by James Riley
Conditional custom fields (let's call them CCF) seem to be acting up on an Event form that I am building. I will have to build it a different way as I need it online today, but would like to see if this could be fixed for using CCF's in the future.

And some further issues on the back end...
After clicking SAVE or when reopening a CCF in the back-end, the selections previously checked are not being automatically re-checked.
For example, when I set the following options:
... and then click save (or click a CCF-enabled custom field to edit it), there is nothing checked off:
It's been saved in the DB as the CCF works on the front-end event listing, but if I don't remember to re-select these before clicking SAVE after editing an item, it records them as unselected and therefore ceases to work on front-end.
Any suggestions?

The checked vs not checked is only happening on some CCFs and not others... Using a 2-item radio as the Conditional item, I'm having no problems. It looks like it is only on this 3-item radio that I posted previously??? And even though I now only have 1 of the "yes" boxes check in the CCF, both "yes" options are still triggering the Conditional fields on the front end.
Don't know if I'm making any sense with this. I can post screenshots later tonight.

Hi James,
Did you manage to get this sorted as I am experiencing the same problems. Radio buttons that have a 'No' as default are showing the contents of the 'Yes' options conditional radio button and like you stated if you manually tick the 'yes' and then the 'No' button after the page has loaded it does remove the 'Yes' conditional radio button and contents.
My version number is V 1.7.1 just though I'd better mention in case this was corrected in the last 2 updates.

@Raph: No resolution. I ended up abandoning that approach and doing my form a different way

. I know some of you will be happy with that. And I am happy to because finally, I have time to solve this issue (not many customers need it, but in case someone needs it, the solution is available now
