Issues with users editing their registrations

Having some strange errors appear trying to allow users to edit or cancel their registrations. I've added a menu item for a "Registration History" on the front end but when a user clicks on tries to edit the details for an event they've signed up to, some strange things happen:

If you change any field and hit save it seems to actually make the change but comes up with (on the next page):
Error: 0 - Table registrant not supported. File not found.

If the user tries to cancel their registration it again seems to work but comes up with:
Error: 1066 - Not unique table/alias: 'tcoj3_eb_events' SQL=SELECT *,title FROM tcoj3_eb_events,tcoj3_eb_events WHERE id = 1 AND id=1

I've only just installed Event Booking so pretty sure I've got the latest version.

That look strange to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check and solve it for you ?

This was a bug in initial release of Events Booking 1.6.9, so to get it fixed, please download latest version (still 1.6.9) from My Downloads section, upgrade it to your site and the issue will be fixed
