Hi

Can someone please tell me is it possible to send email automatically upon setting Registrant's status as "paid"?
As I can see there are email templates for Registration Approved Email, so I want for the Eventbooking component to send email automatically to user, when I change the user's status.

Hi Dushan

At the moment, when you go to Events Booking -> Registrants, choose the record (check on the checkbox next to each record) and press Publish button in the toolbar, the system will send Registration Approved email

However, it doesn't send email if you edit the record, and change status from Pending to Paid. I will try to spend sometime this weekend to work on it and improve it so that it will send approve email when you edit and change status. Please wait me for few days.

Hi Tuan,

Thank you for your response.

Using "Publish" works good, thank you very much.

It would be good to have email confirmation when changing the status, but this works, also.
