Skip credit card info when balance is zero?

Is there a way to skip the credit card information fields when the balance to be paid is zero? Most of my members get free registration but they have to enter in their credit card information in order to go to the next step. It's awkward and causing problems.

I believe from version 1.6.4+ of Events Booking, if the balance is zero, you won' t have to enter credit card information...

Maybe you still having an old version ?

Could you please submit a support ticket giving us access to your site so that we can check it directly from there to see what's wrong and get it fixed ?
