I don't want to use the Joomla account system, I was just wondering if it would be possible to require a password to register for a particular event. I hold some private events and would be able to give the password to the people who are signing up for that event so they can have their friends sign up too.
Just maybe a password box next to the Register buttons on the Table layout and a corresponding password box on the Event creation page with a radio button for Password? Yes/No
