Hi Catherine

Nowadays, PayPal recommends users to use their new PayPal API called PayPal Standard Checkout developer.paypal.com/docs/checkout/standard/

We already supported that API via EB PayPal Standard Checkout payment plugin, so I don't think we will work with PayPal Express Checkout.
