Users select their own dates for event

Hi Tuan,
A couple of features I am looking for:
Ability to accept a deposit (or percentage) of event amount. For example for a $300 event, the ability to accept $45 deposit.
Ability for user to select their own start/end dates. For example, we offer daily personal retreats, so the user can select the dates they would like to come.

I could use such a feature as well. We offer seminars for which the client can select their own date.

Possible solutions:

- Don't show the Date field when left blank.

- Put text in the date field when left blank. Something like 'variable' or 'in consultation'. The admin can set this text through the translator. I did the same with the price field EB_FREE. When I leave the price field blank, the text 'in consultation' (in my case a translation of that word in Dutch) shows up instead of 'free'.

- Make an extra field 'date in consultation'. Admin should have the option to choose wether the two normal 'date' fields are shown (EB_EVENT_DATE and EB_EVENT_END_DATE) or the 'date in consultation' field.

Or may be you think of something much better (I am not a programmer).
