Cron functions

Hi there,

I've heard that there is going to be a new feauture for reccuring events in the next release. It would be great to have a customizable cron function which can unpublish expired events automaticly. As far as I understand, currently expired events still stay published, moreover if cut-off date is not set, users can book expired events. I think this is very serious bug and would very appreciate some patch asap.

By the way, my previous statement regarding the ability of booking expired events is not correct.
Apparently I was confused due to time-zone difference; however I can't figure out how can I set time-zone for this extension or should I set it for JOOMLA instead.
Currently I have a few hours offset, so when actual events are expired I can still book them for a few more hours.
Your help would be much appreciated.
