Related Products Tab

Hi Giang,
Is there a way we can set the related products to 10-20 instead of pulling all the products from a category? When I changed over from my old version of Joomla to a new version, it added so many products in the related tab. Because of this the website's memory struggled and broke the site. We have turned off the feature while we figure out what to do.

Dear Denita,

If you enable the option to auto add the products from same category as related products, then all products from same category with current product will be added as related products. If you don't want that, simply disable that option.

You can submit a new ticket to EShop category to send me the super admin account to your site so I can help you to check that.

I have over 100 products for some categories, so I'd like to be able to limit the related products.

Then you should disable the feature to auto assign products from same categories as related products automatically. Then you should manually select the products that you want to set them as related products.
