Shopping Cart Issues

I have had multiple customer purhcasing on my site complain that after they "empty" their shopping cart, when they return to the cart view, all the items remain there in the cart. Basically they are stuck and have no way to complete their transaction because unwanted items are in the shopping cart.

Please help ASAP.

Sound like this is an outstanding issue. Please make sure that you are using latest version 1.2.2 of EShop. Also, can you let me know what are payment methods that you are using on your site?
Also, if you still have this issue, please submit a ticket to EShop category to send me your site information so I can go there to check and tell you what is wrong.

I am not able to duplicate this issue, so I will chalk it up to user error.

I have the same problem that is exposed, my version is 1.2.5 Eshop, and the payment system I'm using is paypal.

I think it is also an outstanding issue on your site too. Can you try to update EShop to latest version 1.2.9 and re-check the problem?

and you can not change just the paypal module instead of updating all eshop. because I've made many modifications.

esaccesorios.es the site is and the problem is: when you make payment for items you can not select the payment method, instead, the shopping cart is cleared. well logout the customer who was buying.
